Attorney Madyson McNamara

About

Madyson A. McNamara is a family law attorney dedicated to serving clients throughout East Tennessee, with a practice focused on helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions. She represents clients in a wide range of domestic matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and post-divorce matters.

A strong advocate both in and out of the courtroom, Madyson is committed to combining practical legal strategy with a compassionate, client-centered approach. She understands that family law cases are deeply personal and often emotionally charged, and works closely with each individual client to develop solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.

While originally from Southern California, Madyson earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Northern Arizona University in May of 2021. Madyson went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in May of 2025, and was admitted to the Tennessee bar in October of 2025. Prior to relocating to Tennessee, Madyson worked as a paralegal to an experienced family law and criminal defense attorney in Flagstaff, Arizona for numerous years.

Outside of the office, Madyson enjoys spending time with her family and two beloved pugs, Winston and Walter.
