Why did you decide to practice law?

My grandmother was a lawyer. She came up during a time when there were not many women in the field. She had to work extremely hard but always maintained her passion for her work. That inspired me. I became interested in family law because it is one of the few practice areas where you are actually making a meaningful difference in your client’s life. You are navigating them through one of the hardest, most emotional experiences people go through, while laying the foundation for their and their family’s new life.
